Dear Friends, Family & Fans of Michael Jackson,

 Thank you so much for visiting our new "Gifts to the World" Social Network Blog in honor of Michael Jackson. Can you believe it? Where do we begin to try and interpret what just happened June 25, 2009 with this devastating loss of such an incredible talent, loving father and generous soul? We are still in total disbelief and all speechless but still ready to continue Michael's great mission to do all we can to help "Heal the World".

We extend our loving prayers, deepest sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the great and incredibly gifted Jackson Family, yet fully realizing that mere words can never erase the pain.

Even now, calling Michael the "Greatest Performer of all Times", though true, still seems inadequate and falls short of describing Michael Jackson’s unique magic. We can only imagine what his comeback concert series would have done to further his great legacy and further establish his entertainment preeminence.

Therefore, in his honor and in harmony with his great charitable passion and mission for "Peace, Love & Unity", we now respectfully invite Michael Jackson's entire family, his friends, entertainment industry colleagues and his global fan base to join us on our ongoing mission to righteously commemorate his great legacy.

We are tirelessly working to respectfully commemorate his great legacy with a business model that is designed to showcase all the favorite artistic vehicles that Michael loved, perfected and personified. As Visual & Performing Artists, we are developing new original "Music, Visual Art, Documentary Film Shorts, Fashion Shows & Dance Projects" with our "Gifts to the World", tax-exempt charitable movement under the umbrella of Our Commitment, Inc.

We are well aware that the "Jackson Estate" is embroiled in massive legal battles over Micheal's extensive Assets, Licensing & Sub-Licensing Rights, the Michael Jackson Brand and several other related Lawsuits, Capital Shakedowns and Scavenger Hunts swirling around the massive Michael Jackson Estate and the "Shark Frenzy" his passing has triggered. Some estimate it could take up to 2 to 3 years on up to 5 or 10 years to sort through everything and bring everything into proper order and full reconciliation.

We are also well aware of the millions, if not ten's of millions of Michael Jackson "For Profit" street vendors, bootleggers, unlicensed manufactures and distributors and a few other slippery con artists out there who are at this very moment fully exploiting Michael's good name, his image, commercial likenesses and global appeal for their own personal benefit. Some estimate these unauthorized and unlicensed activities are generating ten's of millions of dollars a day globally.

This makes it all but impossible for the best of Michael's most sincere, conscious and enlightened Legal Team Members, Sony Executives and Estate Trustees to actually police all these activities and put any real stop to these product sales activities. It actually can never be fully contained.

This is not the way we have designed our "Gifts to the World" movement to enter the market place. We desire to respectfully walk through the front door with our charitable business model, not the side or the back doors of exploitation. We propose to sit down at the table of "Mutual Respect" and drink from the goblets of "Peace & Unity" in "Rethinking" how we call all move forward with a plan to successfully magnify Michael's charitable legacy.

Michael soulfully danced with such flair and grace like a man possessed by the creative power of GOD and screamed at the top of his lungs for "World Peace, Love & Unity". Did you really hear him? Did you really pay attention to his lyrics and what he was really saying? We sure did, and we are ready to "Make That Change" to "Heal the World".

We are aware that there are genuine Humanitarians and Philanthropic minded Executives, Foundation Chairs and Control Agents who do actually want to help fulfill, not only the wishes contained in Michael's Will, but also want to truly help honor Michael's great Charitable Mission to truly "Heal the World". Those are the ones we now seek to sit down and meet with to detail our relationship so that we can perform our charitable magic in broad daylight to the benefit of humankind, in Michael's honor.

In the spirit of Michael's powerful lifetime COMMITMENT to the Humanities, we now respectfully reach for and appeal to his inner circle of Governing Executives, Lawyers, Foundation Directors and Family to help us CO-Create and magnify Michael's vision of "World Peace, Love & Unity" through "Our Commitment, Inc." and it's new "Gifts to the World Movement".

This is not just some trendy cute little "Warm & Fuzzy" song project, of which we actually need any real legal permission to produce. We do have some "Artist Rights" to create musical works on any topic we so desire. Ask "Emiem" does he really give a flying hoot about what topical matter he chooses to frame in his commercially successful recordings. He could care less.

Our concept is however a very tasteful, well crafted and very heartfelt "Global Movement" with several powerful moving parts that may even include a historical collaboration with the United States Postal Service on behalf of a "Proposed Early Release" for an "Official Michael Jackson Commemorative Stamp." As a result, we WILL need "certain legal permissions" and actual cooperation from Michael Jackson's "Estate Trustees" and his Estate Intellectual Property "Legal Team" to be officially Licensed and/or Sub-licensed to legally manifest all parts of this movement into the marketplace to it's full potential, to the benefit of mankind.

As a matter of fact this new movement would be an excellent Charitable Vehicle for any and all major record labels or industry corporate Juggernauts to "Brand Globally" for years to come. This is especially true as it pertains to the upcoming and annual Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Holiday Season of "Gift Giving Around the World. It doesn't take a nuclear scientist to understand why a "Gift to the World" recording project and a "Gifts to the World Movement" will be very popular concepts and will be well received by the entire World.

As you know, "Branding" a popular charitable movement will successfully increase the commercial sales of a sponsoring corporate partner's product line and position your products into a much broader, more lucrative market in ways that traditional advertising can never do. Such a partnership will in fact increase the sales potential of Michael Jackson's multi-billion dollar music catalog and supplemental merchandise lines owned by Sony and other official distributors of MJ Products. The fact of the matter is, our non-profit movement will help dramatically increase all other for-profit MJ related corporation's bottom line sales indefinitely. Period. End of story.

For a music industry that has directly and/or indirectly grossed ten's of billions of dollars as a result of Michael Jackson's immeasurable commercial impact for over 40 years, and is now poised to gross twice that much in half the time, it's not asking to much for us all to figure out how to allow for 1% of that massive multi-billion dollar revenue to somehow make it's way to the Children, to the Impoverished and to Mother Earth, in Michael's revered name. What do you think?

As the legendary "Quincy Jones" once put it when he produced the ground breaking song standard, "We Are The World" project in collaboration with Michael Jackson and the brilliant Lionel Ritchie, he said, in so many words; "Please Leave Your Egos at the Door" on this one. In this case, this one’s for Michael Jackson, Big Time, and we, the philanthropists and those of you who are the true humanitarians actually have no egos to leave at the door.

It's the rest of you we are trying to respectfully enlighten, who actually do have egos. This is the time to ask yourself, in your position of great power, "What can I actually do to really leverage my power to the benefit of the many as opposed to just continuing to selfishly benefit myself?" It's time to take the high-road now and let your ego and your vanity rest on a situation like this. We have a very special Global Team and a very special project for all the right reasons, to "Commemorate Michael's Charitable Legacy, the "Right Way". That's Our Commitment.

As Michael Jackson himself so powerfully put it; "We're Sending Out a Major Love, and This is Our Message to You". "The Planets are Lining Up." We're Bringing Brighter Days, There All in Line Waiting for You, Can't You SEE?... Your Just Another Part of Me. (Michael Jackson).

In our case, our Quincy Jones and Michael-like statement would be; "We Come in Peace and Our Commitment is More Than Just Talk." Our Commitment is in Michael's honor. So please, JOIN us, HELP us and SUPPORT our efforts to help "Make That Change".

Unlike those many unlicensed street vendors, bootleggers and opportunist, we are Committed to this for all the right reasons and have a strong charitable plan, a true philanthropic mission and a longstanding humanitarian history to prove it.

We simply want to celebrate Michael Jackson's life, legacy and charitable commitment through the vehicle of the Arts by way of our 15 year old charity, Our Commitment, Inc. We need "Your Commitment" and support to make this all happen and take this movement to where it has the great potential to go. We do this and have done this for years after having been inspired by Michael Jackson for decades to "Make that Change" and help "Heal the World".
